One of four occupants of a pickup truck fleeing from police in northeastern Kansas early Thursday was killed when the vehicle crashed and rolled. The Kansas Highway Patrol says it was not immediately clear who was driving.
The crash happened on K-68 highway in Franklin County shortly after 1am Thursday.
According to the crash report, 29-year-old Mario Calderon-Orozco of Roeland Park, Kansas was killed. One occupant, Rigoberto Valdovinos-Orozco suffered what were described as disabling injuries.
The other two occupants were not hurt, including one who presented an ID from Mexico to officers.
