ST. JOSEPH – Missouri Western Men’s Golf finished in sixth place with a score of 895 in the Holiday Inn Express/Candlewood Suites MWSU Central Region Classic at the St. Joseph Country Club.

Patrick McCarthy led the Griffons with a 3-over par 216, finishing tied for fourth place. The fourth place finish is the best finish for the freshman this season. Jakob Rudosky tied for fourteenth with an 8-over par 221.

Jakob Majeske finished the tournament with a 228. Knocking in a 234 was Kevin Kim, as Lucas Horseman came in with a score of 241 for MWSU.

Missouri Western plays in their final fall tournament on Oct. 17 and Oct. 18 at the Lindenwood Invitational in St. Charles, Missouri.
