A St. Joseph teen has died almost a week after a single vehicle crash.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 19-year-old Jacob R. Clayton died Thursday at Mosaic Life Care due to injuries after a crash on U.S. Highway 169 north of Rochester Saturday, November 12.

As previously reported, the driver of the vehicle, 17-year-old Zakery J. Clayton suffered minor injuries after the pickup he was driving went off the road and hit a ditch. Neither were wearing seatbelts.
