A St. Joseph teenager is accused of inappropriately touching a child under the age of 12.

Ryan Frye, 19 is charged in Buchanan County with a class-b felony of second-degree child molestation.

According to court documents, sometime between January and March Frye is accused of entering the child’s bedroom, waking her up and touching her inappropriately.

Bail for Frye is set at $50,000 with the condition that he have no contact with children less then 17 years of age. He’s due in court Tuesday for an arraignment.
