A Savannah man was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash Saturday night in Daviess County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 58-year-old Thomas L. Beaver was traveling south on I-35 about eight miles north of Winston at 9 p.m. when his motorcycle hit a deer, causing the motorcycle to overturn and eject the driver.

Beaver was taken to Truman Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries.
