Today and tomorrow might not seem that warm, but compared to the coming weekend, afternoon highs in the 40s and 50s will be a memory by Saturday. Thursday will be a bit damp, as showers and/or drizzle will spread across parts of the region. However, by Friday temperatures will turn much colder with highs expected to wallow in the 20s and 30s through the weekend and into early next work week, with an on-again-off-again chance for light snow late this weekend.
