A Jamesport woman was seriously injured in a one-vehicle crash Monday afternoon.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, around 3 p.m., 49-year-old Elizabeth K. Huffman was driving a Dodge Caravan west on MO 190 at the Livingston Daviess County line approximately seven miles west of Chillicothe. Huffman’s vehicle traveled off the north side of the road, hit an embankment and overturned, coming to rest on its top. Huffman was transported to Hedrick Medical Center in Chillicothe for treatment of serious injuries.

According to the crash report, Huffman was wearing a seatbelt.
