HOWELL COUNTY —  A Missouri man died in an accident just before 3p.m. Thursday in Howell County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2003 Dodge Caravan driven by Robert E. Booth, 74, Pottersville, was eastbound on Route K one mile east of Pottersville.  The van traveled off the left side of the road and hit a fence.

Booth was pronounced dead at the scene. He was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP.
