Another hot day today with temperatures climbing once again into the low to mid 90s with heat index values in the upper 90s to lower 100s. Storm chances will increase this evening across northwest Missouri and gradually work southward overnight. Stormy weather will continue into Tuesday with storms developing by afternoon and continuing into the overnight period. Strong storms may be possible with hail, strong winds, and heavy rain the primary threat.
