CARROLL COUNTY — One person died in an accident just after 10p.m. Saturday in Carroll County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Dodge passenger vehicle driven by Virgil A. Keller, 49, Hale, was northbound on County Road 331 just north of Route J. The vehicle traveled off the left side of the road and overturned.

Hale was pronounced dead at the scene and transported to Bittiker Funeral Home. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
