Warm temperatures will generally hang out through the end of the work week. However, rain will return to the region Thursday, persisting on-and-off through Friday, with several rounds of heavy rain possible as a slow moving cold front presses south Friday. This will likely result in flooding issues Thursday and through the weekend, and will absolutely aggravate ongoing flooding along the Missouri River.
