ANDREW COUNTY— One person was injured in an accident just before noon Sunday in Andrew County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1989 Kawasaki Dirt Bike driven by Kiefer R. Gillenwater, 22, Fillmore, was southbound on U.S. 71 four miles north of Savannah. The motorcycle struck an embankment and the driver was ejected.

Andrew County EMS transported Gillenwater to Mosaic Life Care. He was wearing a helmet, according to the MSHP.
