CLINTON COUNTY — Law enforcement authorities are investigating an accident that occurred just after 8p.m. Thursday in Clinton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a Ford F150 driven by Bradley V. Dixon, 46, Union, was westbound on Route PP two miles east of Holt.

The pickup traveled off the north side of the road, struck a guardrail and overturned. The vehicle came to rest on the driver side in the center of the highway. Dixon exited a passenger side window and fled the scene before first responders arrived.
