KC to Lincoln Drug Runner Gets Eleven Years

A woman who delivered between six and 18 pounds of cocaine from Kansas City, Missouri to Lincoln, Nebraska will serve more than eleven years in federal prison.

Deborah Gilg, the United States Attorney for Nebraska, says Latrail Taylor assisted her brother Joseph Taylor in transporting cocaine from Kansas City to Lincoln where it was made into crack and sold on the streets of Lincoln.

The court found Taylor responsible for 6 – 18 pounds of crack from 2008 to 2010.

She has been sentenced to 135 months in prison, to be followed by a five year term of supervised release.
