Authorities say the three students were shot and wounded on the campus of Florida State University early Thursday morning.

The school’s Strozier Library was packed with students studying for exams when authorities say the gunman entered and opened fire.

Authorities say officers shot and killed the gunman after he refused to drop his weapon and fired a shot at officers.
