Naked, drunk and urinating suspect charged with sexual misconduct

Livingston County Sheriff's Office PatchA Livingston County deputy got more than he bargained for arresting a woman who had threatened to burn down a man’s house.

Sheriff Steve Cox tells us the deputy found the woman hiding in a van near that house, but when he offered her a ride to a friend or family member, things escalated.

Cox says the woman was yelling and being disruptive. She allegedly began removing most of her clothing to the point of exposing her private areas.

The deputy placed the person under arrest for sexual misconduct, but she refused to be handcuffed and get into the patrol car. She was ultimately placed in the caged area of the car.

The deputy transported the individual the Sheriff’s Office, during which time she allegedly urinated in the back seat and on herself.

Livingston County Associate Court issued an arrest warrant for Kimberly S. Brandes, 46, Chula for alleged Sexual Misconduct and placed bond at $1,000.
