Missouri Chief Justice Mary R. Russell is scheduled to deliver the annual state of the judiciary address Thursday morning to a joint session of the General Assembly.

The House and Senate will gather in the House Chamber in Jefferson City for a session set to begin at 10am. The Chief Justice’s speech will follow.
