Sen. Blunt Remains On Subcommittees Overseeing Ag, Defense Spending

BluntWASHINGTON D.C. – The U.S. Senate Committee on Appropriations announced today that U.S. Senator Roy Blunt (Mo.) will serve on several subcommittees during the 114th Congress, in addition to serving as Chairman of the Subcommittee on the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies.

Those subcommittees include:

Subcommittee on Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration and Related Agencies;

Subcommittee on the Department of Defense;

Subcommittee on the Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies;

Subcommittee on State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs; and

Subcommittee on Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies.
“I look forward to continuing my work reviewing and improving our nation’s agriculture, defense, and transportation spending, which are all critically important to the state of Missouri,” said Blunt. “I am also pleased to be a member of the appropriations subcommittees overseeing foreign operations, and the interior this Congress.”
