The Trenton Police Department is investigating after an ATM was stolen from a hotel lobby.

According to Police Chief Tommy Wright police began looking into the commercial burglary of the Lakeview Motor Lodge and Restaurant Monday where an ATM was taken from the lobby.

Wright said the suspect or suspects forced their way through the front glass door.

He said the police department visited many business Monday with ATM’s and advised them of the incident as well as steps to help prevent such future actions.
