Robert “Bob” Edward McGuire

Robert “Bob” Edward McGuire 88, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015 in Cameron, MO. He was born November 4, 1926 in St. Joseph, MO, son of Mary and William H. McGuire. He married Audrey Malson on May 24, 1947 and she survives of the home. He served in the Army and is a veteran of the World War II. He worked at MFA 23 years, Carnation & the Leavenworth Prison. He loved dancing, hunting, fishing, and was a member of Community Christian Church and attended King Hill Baptist Church. He was also a member of the King Hill Masonic Lodge # 376 A.F. & A.M, the Scottish Rite, Moila Shrine Temple, VFW and American Legion. Bob was preceded in death by hias parents, three sisters Ida Pummel, Betty Lou Mackley, and Martha Singleton, three brothers, Eugene, Howard, and Ralph McGuire. Survivors include, wife, Audrey McGuire of the home, a sister, Barbara Funk of St. Joseph, MO, and several, nieces & nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am, on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Rupp Funeral Home, with Pastor C.P. Black officiating, The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday at the Rupp Funeral Home. The Interment will be at the Memorial Park Cemetery .
