The Andrew County Museum is giving the public a chance to learn about local records with a free presentation.
Becky Carlson with Missouri State Archives will be holding a free presentation at the museum located at 202 E. Duncan Dr. in Savannah on Saturday, June 27. The presentation is titled, “Andrew County Fun Facts Gleaned from Local Records.”
“She will be relating information that local records reveal in stories about people and events in Andrew County,” said Harold Johnson, Andrew County Museum Interim Executive.
The program is free and open to the public. It will start at 2 p.m.
Johnson said there is no charge to view the museum on program days so visitors can also check out the exhibits Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
