A St Joseph man was injured in a motorcycle crash in Country Club Village early Sunday morning.

According to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 20-year-old Victor Weidmaier lost control of his bike along the Belt Highway at about 1:45am Sunday.

The bike left the roadway, hit a driveway culvert and overturned, ejecting Mr Weidmaier.

He was transported to Mosaic LIfe Care for treatment of moderate injuries.
