A Hamilton, Missouri woman was hospitalized in serious condition after a crash in Livingston County Sunday night.

According to the crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 24-year-old Samantha Hovey lost control of her vehicle along US-65 highway south of Chillicothe at about 8 p.m. The vehicle left the roadway and overturned several times, ejecting Ms Hovey.

The victim was transported to Hedrick Medical Center, and was later transfered to the Truman Medical Center in Kansas City.
