The Kansas Highway Patrol says a fatality accident on Wednesday night in Nemaha County was not discovered until Friday morning.

According to the crash report, a Lincoln, Nebraska woman lost control of her Jeep along US-36 highway south of Oneida. The vehicle crossed a field, jumped a creek, hit an embankment and then rolled into some trees.  The driver, 20-year-old Ashley Vaughn, was ejected and killed in the crash.
