A 76-year-old man was killed in a crash Tuesday morning in Grundy County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Ronald E. Davis of Princeton was killed after being ejected from his vehicle.

Davis was driving a 1999 GMC pulling a trailer southbound on Route A around 10:23 a.m. when the vehicle began to skid and his trailer became jackknifed and crossed the center line of Northwest 60th.  His vehicle then went off the south side of the roadway, hit a ditch, and rolled over.  Davis was ejected from the vehicle.  The trailer continued south falling onto its side.

Davis was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:14 a.m.
