A teenager from Cosby, Missouri was hospitalized after a single-vehicle crash in Rosendale Tuesday morning.  He also faces possible drunk driving charges.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 18-year-old Casey Huffman lost control of his vehicle along US-71 highway at about 11:19 a.m. According to the crash report, the car left the roadway and hit a fence.

An online arrest report says he was arrested on investigation of possession of a controlled substance, DWI, driving while suspended, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, and leaving the scene of an accident.  No formal charges have been filed.

He was released for treatment at Mosaic Life Care.
