An Amber Alert has been canceled in Kansas for a one-month old baby boy that was reported missing Thursday morning.

The Alert was canceled at 12:50 p.m. after the infant was found safe.

Previously, the alert had been issued for infant, Kaleb Thomas was last seen at an apartment at 2321 Bellview in Topeka, Kan. The boy’s non-custodial father, Edward Alberty, 19 was suspected of allegedly taking him around 10 a.m.  The Amber Alert has been canceled.
