Monday morning was a wild one for emergency responders and Streets crews alike.  Among the many mishaps Monday morning, there a water main break early that made for some extremely hazardous driving conditions.  It proved very hazardous for one car in the immediate vicinity.  Crews using a wrecker designed for handling tractor trailers was deployed to lift the vehicle out of a large sink hole.

By the time we caught up with crews from the St Joseph Streets Department they had dug out and around the broken pipe and were preparing to fix it.

By mid-morning, the road remained closed at North Savannah and North Third Street.
