MARYVILLE, Mo. – Northwest Missouri State University is mourning the loss of one of its students.

Haily Hayes was reported dead this morning after she was found in her residence on campus. She was a freshman business management major from Oak Grove, Missouri, and a member of the Sigma Kappa sorority.

The death is under investigation by the Nodaway County coroner’s office, Maryville Public Safety and University Police.

No foul play is suspected at this time.
