KHP-Patch2.jpgTwo people were killed in a head-on crash in southeastern Kansas Sunday evening.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says a Grand Prix driven by 17-year-old Derek Brumbaugh of Pittsburg crossed the center line along US highway 69 north of Arma, Kansas at about 5:45 p.m. Sunday.

His car crashed into a pickup truck driven by Dvid Kessler of Kearney, Missouri. Both drivers were killed. A 16-year-old girl in Brumbaugh’s car was injured, and was taken to Via Christi Hospital for treatment.
