The St. Joseph Police Department is still searching for a suspect in connection with the robbery of Woods Mini Mart over the weekend.

Officers responded Saturday shortly after 8:15 p.m. to Woods Mini Mart located at 1334 Frederick.

Capt. Jeff Wilson said a clerk reported that an man entered the store wearing a dark colored hoodie, black ski mask, dark pants and dark shoes. The clerk said the man pointed a handgun and demanded money out of the register. The suspect then fled the scene.

No injuries were reported.

Detectives are still investigating the case but as of 11:30 a.m. Monday no one has been arrested yet in connection with the crime.
