STRONG WINDS AND LARGE HAIL WILL BE THE PRIMARY THREATS. TORNADO THREAT IS LOW FOR MUCH OF THE AREA WITH HIGHEST PROBABILITY ACROSS EASTERN KANSAS AND NORTHWEST MISSOURI.
