A Rosendale man was hospitalized after a single-vehicle crash along Route C south of Rosendale early Monday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 19-year-old McKay Phillips lost control of his pickup truck, which left the roadway, hit an embankment, and rammed a tree before rolling onto the drivers side.

Phillips was taken by private vehicle to Mosaic Life Care for treatment of what were described as moderate injuries.
