Kansas City police are looking for a man suspected of raping a 71-year-old woman Thursday.  On Monday, police released composite sketches of the man suspected of sexually assaulting a 71-year-old woman over several hours in her home in the 3200 block of East 10th Street at about 7:30 p.m.

The victim described the attacker as a “wiry” black man, around 35 years old, about 6 feet tall, weighing about 170 pounds.  The woman said her attacker was bald (with a black scarf over his head), had brown eyes, a goatee and a mustache.  He also has two apparent burn scars on his left forearm.

The victim told police the attacker was soft-spoken and had a lower voice.  If you have any information you’re asked to call the police at 816-474-8477.
