A nine-year-old girl was killed in a crash Monday evening in Salina, Kansas. Six other people, including four other children were injured in the crash at K-140 and Burma Road at 5:30 p.m. Monday.

The Kansas Highway Patrol crash report says another motorist failed to yield at a stop sign and hit an SUV traveling west on the highway. Two adults and five children were in the SUV.

One of them, Carmen Asebedo, 9, of Salina, was ejected and killed in the crash.

The other victims in the SUV were identified in the KHP crash report. All were from Salina:

The driver of the other vehicle, Joslyn Geiber, 24, of Salina, was not hurt in the crash.
