A northwest Missouri school teacher has been sentenced for rape and sexual conduct with a student.

31-year-old Christopher Hensley of Albany was sentenced Thursday to serve seven years in prison.  The sentencing comes after pleading guilty to one count of statutory rape and one count of sexual contact with a student in July.  He was originally charged with four second-degree felonies of statutory rape and four felonies of sexual contact with a student but the additional charges were dropped as part of a plea agreement.

A judge ordered Hensley to serve seven years for statutory rape and four years for sexual contact with a student but the sentences are to run concurrent.
