She was born August 2, 1926 in Quitman, Missouri.
Leneta was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and seven siblings.

Jarry Thomas
1950-2016
Jarry Thomas, age 65, passed away Wednesday, August 31st, 2016 at his home in Rushville, MO. Jarry was born September 20, 1950 in St. Joseph, MO.
He graduated from DeKalb High School, class of 1968, and received a Bachelor’s in Education from Missouri Western State University.
Jarry married Denise Dailey Thomas on November 12, 1988.
He was one of seven children; preceded in death by his parents Tom and Jeannette Thomas. Jarry was a fifth generation farmer and rancher, volleyball and basketball official with the GKCOA (Greater Kansas City Officials Association) and PEBO (Pony Express Basketball Officials) for over 25 years and President of the Rushville Water District. He was an Elder and member of the Rushville Christian Church. Some of his passions included travel, community theatre, sports and correcting your grammar.
Survivors include: wife of 27 years Denise; two children, Lindsay Pendleton Smithville, MO. and Kyle Thomas (Megan) Rochester, NY; siblings Dutch Thomas (Malou) Lebanon, MO.; Molly Thomas Columbia, MO.; Lee Thomas (Larry) Holliston, MA.; Jeannette, Jany, Thomas (Michael) Rushville, MO.; David Thomas (Sheila) London, England; Tish Thomas (Rick) Rushville, MO.
He had five grandchildren that he loved dearly. Olivia Pendleton, Hannah Thomas, Owen Pendleton, Madison Thomas, and Avery Pendleton. Gary Yurkovich, 77, St. Joseph, Missouri passed away Thursday, September 1, 2016 at his home.
He was born October 4, 1938 to Nicholas and Evelyn (Savlin) Yurkovich in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Gary married Patricia Jewell on September 15, 1960. She preceded him in death on May 2, 2014.
He proudly served in the US Marines during the Vietnam War and retired as a Gunnery Sgt. He was very loyal to the Corps.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Patricia Yurkovich; parents; and brother, Daniel Yurkovich.
Survivors include his daughter, Deborah Barr (Steven), Greer, South Carolina; son, David Yurkovich (Roberta), Crestline, California; grandchildren, Christina Barr and Jami, Sarah, Joshua, Christopher, Connor, Samantha and Rebecca Yurkovich; sister, Sandra Costa (Art, Sr.), nephew, Art Costa, Jr.; and niece, Veronica Smith.

Chris Hartnett, 60, St. Joseph, Missouri passed away Thursday, September 1, 2016 at Mosaic Life Care.
He was born April 29, 1956 in Kansas City, Kansas.
Chris married Josie Bell Schultz in May 1980.
He worked for the United States Post Office for 40 years. Chris enjoyed golfing and watching football and basketball, but most of all Chris loved his time he spent with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Pearl (Brown) Hartnett; and brothers, Joe and Frank Hartnett.
Survivors include wife of 36 years, Josie; children, Mary Louise McCall and Stephen Bebee; grandchildren, Christopher, Summer, Zander and Autumn; sister, Marty Riley; and brother, Robert Hartnett.

Norma Jean Weese, 83, Saint Joseph, Missouri, went HOME to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, September 2, 2016. Norma was born February 9, 1933 in St. Joseph, MO to Violet E. and Walter Herman Trout. She graduated from Central High School in 1950, worked at Tootle-Enright Bank, and then as office manager at H.D.Lee for 25 years. She loved her family, crocheting, gardening, bird watching, baking, canning, making jelly, her cats, dogs, and traveling. Norma was a member of Faith United Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother, step-father, Virgil Kemp, father, infant brother, Walter Francis, and former husband, Sammy J. Weese. Her family includes: her children, Jimmy (Jolene) Weese, Yorba Linda, CA; Joyce (Bill) McBee, Norman, OK; David (Zena) Weese, Saint Joseph, MO; Mike (Ruth) Weese, Agency, MO. Grandchildren are: Brian Weese, Elizabeth Muncal, Erin Fredstrom, Crystal Green, Rebecca McBee, Sandra McAnney, Brett Weese, Emily Weese-Furr, Shelbie Zirkle, Brandon Weese, Steven Weese, and Kayla Weese; nine great grandchildren, and a half-sister, Judy Reynolds of St. Joseph, MO.

Galen R. Marshall, 85, St. Joseph, Missouri passed away Saturday, September 3, 2016 at a local healthcare facility.
He was born September 23, 1930 in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Galen married Betty Weyer on November 24, 1949.
He was the owner of Frank’s 66 Auto Mechanic Shop for over 30 years. After retiring, Galen worked for P & S Auto Auction in Elwood, Kansas.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing golf. Mr. Marshall was a member and past Master of the Charity Zaredatha Lodge No. 189, A.F. & A.M., 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason and the Moila Shrine.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Geneva (Nelson) Marshall; brother, Aubrey “Suds” Marshall; sister, Norma Chase; and grandson, Bradley Marshall.
Survivors include wife of 66 years, Betty; six children, Fred Marshall (Jolene), Bo Marshall (Arlene), Paul Marshall (Mona), Greg Marshall (Tina), David Marshall (Lori) and Missy Marshall-McDonald; nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; sister, Sharon Johnson (Keith); and several nieces and nephews.
