(UPDATE) Multiple vehicle crash slows traffic on Frederick

(UPDATE 4:10 p.m.) A three vehicle crash slowed traffic on Frederick Boulevard Tuesday afternoon.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, at 1:42 p.m., 56-year-old Christopher E. Wilson of St. Joseph was stopped in his vehicle at the stop light at Frederick, east of the Belt Highway, when a Jeep struck the rear bumper of a Dodge Caravan causing the Dodge to strike the rear bumper of Wilson’s vehicle. The driver of the Dodge Caravan, 44-year-old Latisha M. Maiseroulle of Gower and three passengers were taken to Mosaic Life Care with minor injuries. No injuries were reported for Wilson or the driver of the Jeep, 27-year-old Miranda E. Taylor of Filmore.

Traffic is slow on westbound Frederick at Village Drive due to a multiple vehicle pile up.

Several emergency responders were on scene at 2 p.m. No injuries are reported at this time.
