A Gallatin woman was injured after a two vehicle crash on I-35 in Clinton County Thursday evening.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, 22-year-old Amanda G. Hommertzheim of Gallatin was traveling north on I-35 about three miles east of Lathrop at 9:30 p.m. Thursday when her vehicle traveled off the roadway, through a median and was struck by a vehicle in the southbound lane of I-35. Both vehicles traveled off the west side of the road.

Hommertzheim was not wearing a seatbelt and was transported by ambulance to Cameron Regional Medical Center with moderate injuries. No injuries were reported for the other driver, 61-year-old Linda S. Reeve of Excelsior Springs.
