A Maryville man was injured in a motorcycle crash north of Savannah Friday afternoon.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Jordan Whiters, 22, lost control of his Kawasakia along southbound U.S. Highway 71 about a mile north of Savannah at 3:35 p.m. Friday.

The bike left the highway and overturned, ejecting Whiters. He was transported to Mosaic Life Care for treatment of moderate injuries.
