A new pizza restaurant is officially opening its doors to the public Monday in St. Joseph.

Pizza Ranch, located at 30007 North Belt. Highway, Suite A, just north of Gene Field Road plans to hold its grand opening Monday. The St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony last week for the franchise.

According to a news release, the new location will be the first for Mike and Lindsey Ubaldo, who plan to open additional restaurants in the St. Joseph area.

“We can’t wait to open our doors for them to finally have the chance to experience all that Pizza Ranch has to offer,” said Lindsey. “We’re excited to get involved with the surrounding community and help people host their local events, run fundraisers and celebrate together under our big, ranch roof.”
