Police are looking for a suspect after shots were fired at an officer early Friday morning.

According to Sgt. Brad Kerns, officers were checking on a suspicious vehicle shortly before 2 a.m. Friday in the area of 1100 Mitchell Avenue, when shots were fired at an officer. A vehicle pursuit ensued and in the area of 1000 Edmond, shots were fired at the officer again from the passenger side of the vehicle. There were no injuries.

The vehicle was later found but the suspect has not been located.
