WEBSTER COUNTY — A Missouri man died in an accident just before 1:30p.m. Tuesday in Webster County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2018 Hyundai Elantra driven by Larry G. Moore, 41, Niangua, was northbound on Route CC four miles north of Marshfield.  The vehicle traveled off the road and hit a tree.

A passenger Dale G. Stafford, Niangua, was airlifted to Cox South Hospital where he died. An Ambulance transported Moore to Cox South in serious condition.

They were not wearing seat belts, according to the MSHP.
