St. Joseph Police are urging caution Tuesday morning as overnight freezing rain has created slick conditions on some roads.

The St. Joseph Police Department, in a Nixle alert issued around 7:45 a.m. Tuesday, urged motorists to use caution on 59 Highway from the St. Joseph City limits to Atchison due to slick roads.
