ST. JOSEPH — Saturday was hot in northwest Missouri. According to the National Weather Service, the 2p.m. temperature broke a 51-year-old record.
St. Joseph…as of 2PM has broke the daily high temperature record! It is currently 98 degrees destroying the old record high of 94 set in 1967!!

Umm…scratch that…the record at St. Joseph and current temperature is 100 degrees this hour!! this also make it the 3rd warmest May day for St Joseph all time.

Officially reached 102 at St. Joseph making it the second warmest May day on record for St. Joseph going back to 1908!
