Despite the recent cooler weather, it is still Summer and August has arrived to make sure no one forgets. While this morning’s cool temperatures will range from upper 50s to low 60s, today’s highs will reach the mid 80s. The next several days will see temperatures rise to highs near 90 and lows warming to the low 70s. Skies will remain mostly sunny, and unfortunately, the chance of any precipitation will remain very low for much of eastern Kansas and western Missouri.
