Polls are open in Buchanan County Tuesday for primary election day.

On the ballot are candidates running for U.S. Senator, State Representative, State Auditor and more. Proposition A is also included on the ballot.

Buchanan County Clerk Mary Baack-Garvey said to bring a photo ID to the polls. Baack-Garvey is anticipating a 30% turnout Tuesday. For more information and to view a sample ballot, click here.

Polls close at 7 p.m. and coverage will begin shortly after on 680 KFEQ, QCountry 92.7 and KJO 105.5. Results will also be available on St. Joseph Post.
