The Northwest Missouri State women’s soccer team traveled to Warrensburg to take on No. 1-ranked University of Central Missouri soccer team Friday and lost, 4-1. This extended the current UCM winning streak to 31 in a row.
Courtney Killian scored the Jennies’s first goal, which was assisted by Annie Parscale 11:40 into the game. They scored three goals from 58:36-62:31. These goals were scored by Jada Scott, Maria Wilder, and Makayla Toth (all unassisted). Northwest got on the board with 15 minutes left with a UCM own goal.
UCM is now 5-0 on the season. Northwest falls to 1-3. The Bearcats come back home to play Missouri Western Sunday Sept. 16 at 1:30 p.m. on Bearcat Pitch.
