LIVINGSTON COUNTY — One person was injured in an accident just before 10p.m. Friday in Livingston County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2000 Volkswagen passenger vehicle driven by Richard J. Stumph, 28, Chillicothe, was eastbound on Route H one mile east of Avalon. The vehicle traveled off the south side of the road and overturned.

Chillicothe EMS transported Stumph to Hedrick Medical Center. He was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP.
