NODAWAY COUNTY — One person was injured in an accident just after 12:30a.m. Monday in Nodaway County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2001 Dodge Ram driven by Bradley K. Porter, 34, Braddyville, IA., was westbound on County Road 310 four miles southwest of Maryville.

The driver failed to negotiate the intersection at Icon Road. The pickup traveled off the west side of the intersection and down a ditch.

Nodaway County Ambulance transported Porter to Mosaic Life Care. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
